Offer & Purchase Process

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Hamilton County, Indiana, and the arbitrator's decision shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrator's fees and administrative fees of arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simple Quarters LLC regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Simple Quarters LLC.
